She told her about the story she was writing and she even asked for Martinez’s help in taking down the ring. She also thought it was Councilman Joe Silva behind it when it wasn’t. Calista was supposed to write a story about her when she caught wind of the bigger story. They were using a local politician by the name of Rosa Martinez. The Serbians were using a gun amnesty program to steal guns, file the numbers off, and resale them out on the street. It seems that Calista had stumbled across an illegal gun smuggling ring. She ran off and Mel couldn’t find her again. McCall used the bug on the Serbian phone to get a location and she sent Mel to it. She must have accidentally found something. The Serbians had put out a hit on Calista. He denied everything to her face only McCall bugged his phone. She found out the gunman after her was connected to the Serbian Mafia and so she talked to the guy in charge. He also had Harry believe that Calista was on the run from her brother.īut McCall didn’t buy that. He said it ignored it because his sister was in trouble and so Dante was on Team Psychotic break. Calista then moved to New York where she asked her brother not to follow. She almost filed a restraining order against him once and backed out of it at the last minute. Only, it turns out Julien didn’t get along with his sister. Everyone began believing that Julien knew about the car because he already knew everything and he wanted to kill the guy after his sister. She called it into the newly returned Detective Dante and the police took care of the scene. Someone dumped his body in the trunk of that car. The man with a scar on his face was also dead. He was found in a silver Mercedes (like Julien described from his visions). She tracked down the man that tried to shoot her. Not that McCall let that stop her investigation. He went following his visions one moment and he wandered off. Julien said Calista has hated gun ever since then and that she would never buy a gun much less use one. Julien and Calista’s parents were murdered. Julien was told about it and he said that didn’t sound like his sister. McCall took his word for it and she continued to look for Calista. Calista was withdrawing money out of an ATM to pay off a drug dealer. She wanted to know why someone with a gun was after Calista and so they checked out surveillance footage looking for Calista. McCall put real pull in trying to locate Calista. She got shot at by a man that Julien has described seeing in his vision and it kept getting odder from there. But McCall did at least try to find his sister. Harry thought Julien was just going through a psychotic break. He also looked into Julien and he found out that Julien has been in and out of rehab and mental facilities for years. She even believed that what he was seeing was possibly a hallucination and not a vision. He told her about his visions and he even described them in detail so that he could get her help. They didn’t believe him once he entered foster care with his sister Calista and no one believes him recently when he said his sister is in danger. They didn’t believe him when he saw his parents’ death. He said he always had visions and that no one ever believed him. He told McCall he feels his sister is in danger because he had a vision of it. Also, Delilah's PTSD returns as she struggles under the weight of keeping McCall’s secrets and her worries about her mother’s safety.Ī man reached out to McCall for her help in locating his sister. McCall, Mel and Harry take a leap of faith when they help a self-proclaimed psychic, Julien find his missing sister who he says is in imminent danger, according to his visions.
